Sparkling Peach Mojito Mocktail
The fresh mint and sweet peaches are irresistible! This light and refreshing sparkling peach mojito mocktail is perfect for summer sipping.
Ingredients
- 2 lime juiced
- 1 peach
- 6-8 mint leaves
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
- sweetener
- ice
Instructions
- Peel and dice 1 ripe peach then add to 2 glasses
- Chop mint leaves and add to glasses
- Juice limes into glass and muddle ingrients together
- Add sweetener (I use a couple drops of liquid stevia) to each glass
- Add ice and sparkling water to each glass
- Stir and enjoy
