Dice onion
Heat a large skillet to medium and spray with oil
Add diced onion to the pan cook till soft
Next, add in your ground beef or turkey and cook until the meat has browned
Pour in both bags of spicy Mexican cauliflower rice and mix together
Drain and rinse both cans of black beans
Add black beans to the skillet and stir to combine
Sprinkle on shredded cheddar and cover until cheese is melty
Serve with avocado or guacamole and enjoy
Can also be enjoyed on a bed or rice, quinoa, greens, or sautéed cabbage
