Ingredients
  

chia pudding

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 3/4-1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch sea salt

Toppings

  • 1 peach
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup granola

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together chia seeds, protein, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt in a bowl, jar, or container
  • Let chia pudding thicken in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight
  • Once chia seed pudding has thickened layer with peaches, walnuts, granola and enjoy
