30 Minute Healthy Sloppy Joes
These healthy sloppy joes are an easy one-pan 30-minute meal that is a healthy take on the classic.

- 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 small sweet onion
- 1 small green pepper
- 1/4 cup low sugar BBQ sauce l
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup no sugar added ketchup
- 1-2 tsp coconut sugar (can omit or leave out if paleo)
- salt and pepper to taste
Chop onion and green pepper
Heat a skillet to medium and spray with oil
Add onion and pepper to skillet and cook til soft
Next, add in your ground beef and cook until meat has browned
Turn heat down to medium-low and add ketchup, bbq sauce, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and optional sugar to the skillet and stir to combine
Cover and let simmer on low for 5-8 minutes then serve
