Remove pits from dates (if needed soak dates in hot water for a few minutes to soften)
Add walnuts, dates, cacao powder, vanilla, and salt to a food processor. Pulse to combine till soft and crumbly. The brownie dough will resemble potting soil.
Line a 9x 5 bread pan with parchment paper and press the brownie mixture firmly into an even layer. If you don’t have a bread pan you can use any glass or plastic container available up to 8×8, depending on how thick you want your brownies to be.
Combine large avocado, cacao powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in the food processor until smooth and creamy.
Optional-add collagen, protein, or/and peanut flour to frosting and mix.
Swirl a thick layer of frosting on the brownie layer and r freezer for 1 hour until firm.
Slice into 10-14 brownies and store in the freezer
