Cinnamon Peach Protein Overnight Oats

Cinnamon peach overnight oats taste like peach pie but are packed with protein and even hidden veggies for extra nutrients. Juicy peaches and cinnamon oats are the perfect combination!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt (non-dairy if needed)
  • 1/3 cup plant based milk of choice
  • 1/3 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 chopped peach
  • nut butter or chopped nuts for topping

Instructions
 

  • Mix together oats, yogurt, chia seeds, riced cauliflower, protein, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon in a small bowl and put in the fridge overnight
  • When you are ready to eat top oats with chopped peaches, nut butter, or chopped nuts
