Grain-Free Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
Healthy peanut butter banana muffins that are grain-free and filled with bananas, almond flour, and cinnamon!

- 2 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter powder
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
Add in eggs, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla and whisk together.
Next, add in the almond flour, peanut butter powder, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix ingredients until combined.
Line 9 muffin tins or spray with cooking spray.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
