Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
  • Add in eggs, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla and whisk together.
  • Next, add in the almond flour, peanut butter powder, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Mix ingredients until combined.
  • Line 9 muffin tins or spray with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
