Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

This mint chocolate chip smoothie is a healthy, high-protein breakfast that tastes like ice cream but is filled with nutrients and veggies!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk plant-based
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tbsp cacao or cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp mint extract
  • 1 scoop protein powder*
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut butter**
  • 3/4 cup zucchini slices frozen
  • 1/2 banana frozen and sliced
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach frozen
  • ice as needed
  • cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips for topping optional

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend 'til smooth and creamy.
  • Add more liquid as needed to help it blend. Also, you can pause and stir with a spoon to get it moving.
  • Dish up and enjoy!
