This mint chocolate chip smoothie is a healthy, high-protein breakfast that tastes like ice cream but is filled with nutrients and veggies!

milk
plant-based

tbsp
chia seeds
optional
1
tbsp
cacao
or cacao powder
1/2
tsp
mint extract
1
scoop
protein powder*
1-2
tbsp
coconut butter**
3/4
cup
zucchini slices
frozen
1/2
banana
frozen and sliced
1/2
cup
baby spinach
frozen
ice
as needed
cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips for topping
optional
Instructions
Add ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend 'til smooth and creamy.
Add more liquid as needed to help it blend. Also, you can pause and stir with a spoon to get it moving.
Dish up and enjoy!
