1cuppineapple salsaor make my pineapple cucumber salsa

Instructions
Cook rice as instructed on the package
Chop and roast sweet potoates or butternut squash
Grill, bake or make shredded BBQ chicken
Drain and rinse one can of black beans
Slice avocados
Add greens, rice, black beans, roasted sweet potatoes or butternut, and bbq chicken to a bowl. Top with salsa, avocado, and more BBQ sauce on the chicken, and enjoy!
