White Chocolate Matcha Protein Bites

No-bake white chocolate matcha protein bites taste like cookie dough. They are made with simple ingredients in one bowl for a healthy snack or dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 1/2-2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except for the white chocolate chips to a bowl
  • Mix well to form a dough
  • Add in white chocolate chips (you can measure with your heart) and stir to combine
  • Roll into balls or use a cookie dough scoop
  • Enjoy!
