White Chocolate Matcha Protein Bites
No-bake white chocolate matcha protein bites taste like cookie dough. They are made with simple ingredients in one bowl for a healthy snack or dessert.

cashew butter
1/2
cup
vanilla protein powder

tbsp
coconut flour
1 1/2-2
tbsp
matcha powder
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
salt
1/4
cup
white chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all ingredients except for the white chocolate chips to a bowl
Mix well to form a dough
Add in white chocolate chips (you can measure with your heart) and stir to combine
Roll into balls or use a cookie dough scoop
