Banana Bread Paleo Protein Pancakes
These healthy 5 -ingredient banana bread paleo protein pancakes are easy to make in the blender and taste like banana bread!

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/3-1/2 cup milk or water as needed
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to form a batter
Heat a skillet over medium-low heat until hot
Lightly oil skillet
Drop 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the hot skillet
Cook for a few moments until small bubbles begin to form on top
Carefully flip pancakes and cook the other side for 1-3 minutes
Serve warm with your favorite pancake toppings
