Blended Chocolate Chia Pudding
Blended chocolate chia seed protein pudding is a smooth blended version of chocolate chia pudding. This high-protein chocolate chia pudding has a ceamy whipped texture that you will love.

1/2 cup chia seeds 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein 2 tbsp cacao powder 2 cups plant-based milk (may need more depending on how thick or thin you like) Optional Toppings: strawberries or other fruit granola cacao nibs shredded coconut coconut yogurt nuts or nut butter
In a blender add chia seeds, protein powder, cacao powder, and milk
Stir together and let thicken in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight to let the chia seeds absorb the liquid
Once chia pudding has thickened blend in the blender till smooth and creamy
Layer with toppings of choice such as granola, strawberries, and cacao nibs
Store chia pudding in airtight container or jar for up to 5 days
