Blended Chocolate Chia Pudding

Blended chocolate chia seed protein pudding is a smooth blended version of chocolate chia pudding. This high-protein chocolate chia pudding has a ceamy whipped texture that you will love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 scoops vanilla or chocolate protein
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 cups plant-based milk (may need more depending on how thick or thin you like)

Optional Toppings:

  • strawberries or other fruit
  • granola
  • cacao nibs
  • shredded coconut
  • coconut yogurt
  • nuts or nut butter

Instructions
 

  • In a blender add chia seeds, protein powder, cacao powder, and milk
  • Stir together and let thicken in the fridge for at least one hour or overnight to let the chia seeds absorb the liquid
  • Once chia pudding has thickened blend in the blender till smooth and creamy
  • Layer with toppings of choice such as granola, strawberries, and cacao nibs
  • Store chia pudding in airtight container or jar for up to 5 days
