Caramel Cookie Dough Protein Bites
Salted caramel cookie dough protein bites are healthy, gluten-free, and dairy-free cookie dough that is packed with protein and fiber.

- 1 can drained and rinsed white beans (cannellii or great northeren)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed butter
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 cup caramel protein powder
- 1/4 cup maple sryup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- flakey sea salt for sprinkles
Drain and rinse cannellini beans
Add white beans, sunflower seed butter, coconut flour, caramel protein, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a food processor Mix in a food processor till it forms a dough
Scoop with a cookie dough scoop to form balls and place on a tray and let set in the freezer for about 5 minutes to firm up
Melt chocolate chips in a small dish and mix with coconut oil
Dip cookie one side of the dough balls into the melted chocolate
Sprinkle chocolate with sea salt flakes
Put the cookie dough bites back in the freezer to let the chocolate harden
Store cookie dough protein bites in the freezer or the fridge in an air-tight container
