Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (light or regular)
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp chia or flaxseeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1/3 frozen green banana (frozen while slightly green or just yellow)
  • 3/4 cup frozen zucchini or frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup water (or more as needed)

Instructions
 

  • Peel, slice, and freeze bananas that are still somewhat green to keep them from having an overpowering banana flavor
  • Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend till smooth
  • Pour into a glass or bowl and top with any toppings of your choice

  • lemon zest
