Raspberry Lemonade Protein Smoothie
Brighten up your morning with this tangy raspberry lemonade protein smoothie that is vegan, healthy, full of antioxidant-rich berries, gut-healing ingredients, and hidden veggies to energize your morning!

1/2 cup canned coconut milk (light or regular) 1 lemon juiced 1 tbsp chia or flaxseeds 1 scoop vanilla protein 1/3 frozen green banana (frozen while slightly green or just yellow) 3/4 cup frozen zucchini or frozen riced cauliflower 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1/2 cup water (or more as needed)
Peel, slice, and freeze bananas that are still somewhat green to keep them from having an overpowering banana flavor
Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend till smooth
Pour into a glass or bowl and top with any toppings of your choice

coconut flakes
coconut yogurt
coconut whip cream
