Air-Fried Breakfast Peaches

Air-fried breakfast peaches for a healthy protein-packed breakfast that taste like dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 peach
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (greek or vegan)
  • 1/2-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • sprinkle of cinnamon

Optional toppings:

  • nuts, seeds, nut butter, granola, hemp seeds, blueberries, and cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Slice the peach in half and remove the pit
  • Sprinkle cinnamon onto the peach
  • Air fry the peach until it starts to get caramelized 5-10 minutes (cooking time varies with different types of air fryers)
  • While peach is cooking mix plain yogurt with vanilla protein
  • Top peach with yogurt, granola, walnuts, and cinnamon or toppings of your choice
