Banana Candy Bars
Banana snickers are one of the best little healthy treats you can keep in the freezer. These caramel banana candy bars are a easy vegan treat everyone will love.

Ingredients

bananas*
nut or seed butter
I use
Healthy Crunch Salted Caramel Seed Butter
1/3
cup
dark chocolate chips
unsweetened
1
tsp
coconut oil
unsweetened, shredded coconut
sea salt
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel bananas and slice into 3 equal parts, then slice lengthwise.
Top each banana slice with a generous spoonful of nut or seed butter.**
Melt coconut oil with chocolate chips in the microwave for 30-second intervals until melted.
Drizzle chocolate onto each banana slice.
Top with unsweetened coconut flakes.
Sprinkle each bite with a little sea salt.
Place in freezer until bananas are frozen.
