Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 to 1 cup liquid water or plant-based milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 2 tbsp  cycle syncing seeds*
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • ice as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice or more liquid if needed.
  • Top with your favorites—I like nut butter, granola, and cacao nibs.
