Chocolate chip collagen cookie dough bites are healthy, gluten-free, and dairy-free cookie dough bites that are packed with protein and fiber.

Ingredients

white beans
drained and rinsed*
1/2
cup
cashew butter
1/2
cup
coconut flour
1/4
cup
vanilla protein
1/4
cup
collagen peptides**
4
tbsp
honey
or substitute with maple or date syrup
1
tsp
vanilla
1/2
tsp
salt
mini chocolate chips
as many as you want
Instructions
Drain and rinse white beans.
Add white beans, cashew butter, coconut flour, protein, collagen peptides, honey, vanilla, and salt to a food processor.
Mix in food processor 'til it forms a dough.
Add dough to a bowl and mix in mini chocolate chips.
Let cool in the fridge for about an hour.
Use a cookie dough scoop to form balls.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
