Chocolate Peppermint Smoothie
Nothing beats holiday flavors and this combination of rich chocolate and refreshing peppermint in a healthy chocolate peppermint protein smoothie is a sip of holiday heaven.

Ingredients
Chocolate Peppermint Smoothie:
1
cup
milk of choice
1
frozen banana (frozen just yellow or slightly green)
3/4
cup
frozen cauliflower rice
1-2
tbsp
almond butter
1
serving
chocolate of protein powder
1
scoop
collagen peptides
(optional for extra protein)
1
tbsp
cacao powder
1/4
tsp
peppermint extract
Toppings (optional):
candy canes, peppermints, cacao nibs, and whipped cream for topping
Instructions
Slice and freeze a banana while still slightly green or just yellow to keep the smoothie from having a strong banana flavor
Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth
Top with optional toppings and enjoy!
