This chocolate raspberry chia pudding parfait is the kind of breakfast that instantly makes you feel like it will be a great day. This healthy parfait combines layers of delicious chocolate chia pudding, plenty of protein, and fresh berries for a breakfast that tastes like dessert.
In a jar or container mix chia seeds, cacao powder, protein, and milk. Let thicken in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight then stir again before serving
In a jar or container mix your yogurt of choice (both dairy-free or greek yogurt works) with vanilla protein
Once the chia seed pudding has thickened layer the chia seed pudding, raspberry layer (fruit or make chia seed jam), yogurt, chocolate chia seed pudding, raspberry jam, yogurt, and then top with raspberries and cacao nibs
