Cinnamon Apple Pie Chia Pudding
Warm cinnamon apple pie chia pudding is an easy high-protein breakfast that is easy to make. Loaded with fiber, apples, and cinnamon flavor this will be a favorite healthy breakfast bowl.

Chia pudding

chia seeds

cup
milk
1
scoop
vanilla protein
1
scoop
collagen peptides (optional for extra protein)
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
pinch of salt
Toppings
warm cinnamon apples
almond butter
sprinkle of walnuts or pecans
granola
Instructions
Add chia seeds, protein powder, spices, and milk to a small pot
Cook on medium to low heat until the pudding has thickened (about 5 minutes)
Add chia pudding to a bowl and top with cinnamon apples, nuts or nut butter, and any other toppings you enjoy
