Cinnamon Apple Pie Chia Pudding

Warm cinnamon apple pie chia pudding is an easy high-protein breakfast that is easy to make. Loaded with fiber, apples, and cinnamon flavor this will be a favorite healthy breakfast bowl.

Ingredients
  

Chia pudding

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional for extra protein)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Toppings

Instructions
 

  • Add chia seeds, protein powder, spices, and milk to a small pot
  • Cook on medium to low heat until the pudding has thickened (about 5 minutes)
  • Add chia pudding to a bowl and top with cinnamon apples, nuts or nut butter, and any other toppings you enjoy
