Cranberry Jalapeno Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 2/3 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 6 tbsp mayo
  • 6 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

  • Shred cooked chicken℉
  • Chop celery, green onions, jalapenos, and pecans
  • In a bowl combine shredded chicken, celery, green onions, jalapenos, pecans, and cranberries
  • In a small bowl combine mayo, greek yogurt, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, spices and mix to combine
  • Add the sauce the chicken and mix together
  • Adjust seasoning s to your preference if needed
  • Enjoy on bread or wrap, or as a dip with veggies and crackers
