Cranberry Orange Smoothie

Sweet, tart, and refreshing; this cranberry orange smoothie is packed with vitamins, color, and protein. Perfect for a filling breakfast or snack!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk (I love with canned coconut milk or a mix for it to be extra creamy)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional/not vegan)
  • 1 peeled orange or clementine peeled
  • 1/2-3/4 cup frozen cranberries
  • 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger (optional)
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • optional 1-2 tbsp almond butter

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a high-speed blender
  • Blend until smooth and creamy,
  • Enjoy!
