Instructions
Add the milk, Greek yogurt, and spinach to your blender first.
Then add the banana, avocado (if using), almond butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Start the blender on a low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45–60 seconds until the spinach is completely pulverized and the smoothie is creamy.
Adjust Consistency: If the smoothie feels too thick for a straw (especially with the added avocado), add the remaining milk a splash at a time and pulse until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into a toddler-friendly straw cup and enjoy immediately.
