Creamy Tomato Veggie Pasta for Toddlers (Easy 15-Minute Family Meal)
A 15-minute creamy tomato veggie pasta recipe for toddlers and busy families. This easy, high-protein meal uses chickpea pasta, frozen vegetables, and a simple cream cheese sauce for a healthy, kid-friendly dinner.
1box8-10 oz pasta shells (chickpea or similar for protein)
1jar24 oz marinara sauce
1bag16 oz frozen mixed veggies
1/4cupcream cheese
Shredded cheeseoptional, for topping
Instructions
Boil the Pasta: Cook the shells according to the package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
Simmer the Sauce: In a separate pan over medium heat, add the marinara sauce and frozen veggies. Cover and let simmer until the veggies are heated through.
Make it Creamy: Stir in the cream cheese and continue stirring until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
Toss and Coat: Turn off the heat, add the cooked pasta to the pan, and mix well to coat.
Serve: Top with shredded cheese if desired and serve!
