Easy chocolate peppermint fudge is a bite of holiday heaven made with just five simple ingredients and is vegan, gluten-free, and a healthier holiday fudge.
Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwavable bowl or saucepan.
Microwave on medium power stirring every 30 seconds until the chocolate is melted or cook chocolate in a saucepan on medium-low stirring chocolate until melted
Once the chocolate is melted mix in nut butter, peppermint extract, and sweetener
Line a bread pan with parchment paper and transfer the fudge mixture to the dish
Top with crushed candy canes
Place fudge in the fridge to firm up (or in the freezer to speed it up)
Once fudge is firm slice and store in the fridge, freezer, or at room temperature
