Easy Cinnamon Apples
Healthy, quick, and easy cinnamon apples are made on the stovetop for a warm cozy fall dish with no added sugar.
Course Breakfast, Dessert, Snack
- 4 apples
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2-4 tbsp water
Dice apples ( I leave the skin on to get more fiber and make it easier)
Add apples, juice of a lemon, water, and cinnamon to a pot and mix
Cook apples over medium-low with cover on for 5-10 minutes stirring occasionally and adding more water if needed
When the apples reach the desired softness, remove them from heat and store in apples in the fridge for up to 5 days.
