Easy Sautéed Red Cabbage
This simple sauteed red cabbage recipe is an easy and healthy veggie side dish and can be used to add color, nutrients, and fiber to almost any meal.

- 1/2 red cabbage
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar (or any sugar)
- salt and pepper to taste
Chop red cabbage
Heat a skillet to medium high heat
Add avocado oil to skillet
Add cabbage to the skillet, stir, and let saute for a few minutes
Reduce heat to medium then add in your apple cider vinegar, water, and sugar and stir to combine
Cook until cabbage is softened to your liking (usually around 8-15 minutes)
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve
