Easy Strawberry Jam

This easy healthy strawberry jam is the perfect healthy homemade alternative to store-bought jam. This jam is made with healthy, wholesome ingredients, is refined sugar-free, and takes less than 10 minutes to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder

Instructions
 

  • Add strawberries, maple syrup, and juice from 1⁄2 a lemon to a small saucepan over medium heat
  • The strawberries will take about five minutes to break down. (You can help break down the strawberries by stirring and mashing with a spoon or fork)
  • Lower heat and mix in 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder to thicken the jam
