Easy Tangerine Sorbet
If you love a refreshing and naturally sweet treat, this easy 1-ingredient tangerine sorbet is a must-try! It’s perfect for a healthy snack, a light dessert, or even a fun way to cool down on a warm day. The best part? All you need is tangerines—no added sugar and no ice cream maker.
Tangerine Sorbet 2-3 cups frozen seedless peeled mandarin oranges slices (I used 8-9 cuties) 1/4 coconut milk (optional) 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional) Toppings: melted chocolate chips sea salt
Peel mandarin oranges
Add peeled mandarin orange segments to a baking sheet and freeze
Once the tangerine segments are frozen add them to a food processor and pulse for a few minutes to break them up
The texture will be dry at first but keep blending, scraping down the sides, and it will get creamier
If needed you can add a 1/4 cup or so of coconut milk to get it going, but this is optional
If you want a sweeter sorbet add maple syrup or honey
Once your sorbet is creamy add it to a bowl to serve
I like to top it with melted chocolate and sea salt
