Gingerbread Baked Oatmeal Bars

Gingerbread is not just for cookies. Make these high-protein gingerbread baked oatmeal bars for a healthy high-protein breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup collagen peptides
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • walnuts for on top

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender except the walnuts
  • Blend until combined and smooth
  • Add to a baking dish and top with walnut pieces
  • Put foil on top of the pan and bake for 375 for 35-40 minutes removing the foil for the last 10 minutes
