Gingerbread Baked Oatmeal Bars
Gingerbread is not just for cookies. Make these high-protein gingerbread baked oatmeal bars for a healthy high-protein breakfast or snack.
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup collagen peptides
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein
- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 cup milk
- walnuts for on top
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender except the walnuts
Blend until combined and smooth
Add to a baking dish and top with walnut pieces
Put foil on top of the pan and bake for 375 for 35-40 minutes removing the foil for the last 10 minutes
