Golden Mango Smoothie
Golden mango smoothie is a tropical turmeric pick-me-up that has a boost of anti-inflammatory benefits to support your health and makes a yummy snack or meal.

1 cup coconut milk 1 cup frozen mango 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower or zucchini slices 1 serving vanilla protien powder 1/2-1 tsp ground turmeric 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp ground ginger water and ice as needed
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
Blend until smooth and creamy adding ice or more liquid if needed
Add to a glass or bowl and top with any toppings of choice and enjoy

granola
cereal
coconut flakes
coconut yogurt
cacao nibs
