Healthy Easy Fudge
Smooth, rich, and ultra chocolatey 4-ingredient fudge. This gluten-free and vegan fudge is made from just 4 simple ingredients and is a healthier option for a festive fudge.
2 cups chocolate chips 1/2 cup nut butter 1-2 tbsp monk fruit 1 tsp coconut oil optional sea salt or sprinkles for topping optional
In a small saucepan, combine chocolate chips, nut butter, coconut oil, and monk fruit
Cook on medium-low until fudge is melted and well-combined, stirring occansionally
Line a small baking dish or bread pan with parchment paper
Transfer the fudge mixture to a dish and spread it evenly
Top with optional sea salt flakes or sprinkles
Place in the freezer or fridge to firm up
Slice and store in the fridge or freezer
