Healthy One-Skillet 15-Minute Curry

A healthy and easy one-skillet curry that is ready in 15 minutes. It's spicy, flavorful, and full of veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sweet onion chopped
  • 1 lb ground turkey or 2 cans chickpeas if vegan
  • 1 16 oz bag frozen peas
  • 1 jar healthy curry sauce

Instructions
 

  • Dice onion
  • Heat a large skillet to medium
  • Saute onion until soft
  • Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink
  • Add in the bag of frozen peas and curry sauce and mix to combine
  • Simmer until warm and serve with rice, cauliflower rice, or quinoa
