Healthy One-Skillet 15-Minute Curry
A healthy and easy one-skillet curry that is ready in 15 minutes. It's spicy, flavorful, and full of veggies.

Ingredients

sweet onion
chopped
1
lb
ground turkey
or 2 cans chickpeas if vegan
1
16 oz bag
frozen peas
1
jar
healthy curry sauce
Instructions
Dice onion
Heat a large skillet to medium
Saute onion until soft
Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink
Add in the bag of frozen peas and curry sauce and mix to combine
Simmer until warm and serve with rice, cauliflower rice, or quinoa
