coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)

lime juice
1
small frozen banana (best if just yellow or even slightly green before frozen)

cup
frozen zucchini slices
1/2
cup
frozen spinach

tbsp
ground flax or chia seeds (optional)

scoop vanilla protien
1/2-1
tsp
spirulina (optional)
water and ice as needed
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend till smooth.
Feel free to add topping if desired. I added some grain-free cinnamon cereal and unsweetened coconut flakes to top it off.
