Key Lime Pie Protein Smoothie

This healthy key lime pie protein smoothie tastes like dessert and is creamy, tangy, delicious, and will support healthy skin and gut.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 small frozen banana (best if just yellow or even slightly green before frozen)
  • 3/4 cup frozen zucchini slices
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp ground flax or chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protien
  • 1/2-1 tsp spirulina (optional)
  • water and ice as needed

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the blender in the order listed and blend till smooth.
  • Feel free to add topping if desired. I added some grain-free cinnamon cereal and unsweetened coconut flakes to top it off.
