Hello, sunshine in a glass! This lemon cream smoothie is refreshing, gluten-free, vegan, and packed with protein and fiber but tastes like a creamy slice of lemon pie.
Peel, slice, and freeze bananas that are still somewhat green to keep them from having an overpowering banana flavor
Add coconut milk, vanilla protein, vanilla extract, juice and zest from a lemon, frozen green banana, frozen riced cauliflower, and water and ice as needed to a blender
Blend until smooth and creamy adding ice or more liquid if needed
