Matcha Chocolate Chip Chia Pudding
If you love matcha and you love chocolate then this is the recipe for you. Matcha chocolate chip chia pudding is a creamy, satisfying, and energizing breakfast or snack that is made with matcha green tea powder, chia seeds, and chocolate.

Matcha Chia Pudding Layer: 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp matcha powder 1/2 scoop vanilla protein Chocolate yogurt Layer: 1/2 cup plain yogurt (greek or dairy-free) 1/2 scoop vanilla protein 1 tbsp cacao powder Toppings: cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
In a jar or container mix chia seeds, matcha, protein, and milk. Let thicken in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, and stir again before serving
In a jar or container mix plain yogurt of choice (both dairy-free or greek yogurt works) with vanilla protein and cacao powder and store in the fridge
Once chia seed pudding has thickened layer matcha chia seed pudding with the chocolate yogurt and then top with cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
