Matcha Protein Bites
Matcha protein bites are a quick, no-bake, pick-me-up snack that taste like cookie dough and is packed with protein, fiber, and chocolate chips.

- 1 cup cashew butter
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 c vanilla protein
- 2 tbsp matcha powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a mixing bowl
Mix with a spoon to combine until it forms a dough (you can also use clean hands if needed to form dough)
Stir in chocolate chips
Scoop with a cookie dough scoop or roll into balls
Enjoy and store in the freezer
