Matcha Protein Bites

Matcha protein bites are a quick, no-bake, pick-me-up snack that taste like cookie dough and is packed with protein, fiber, and chocolate chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cashew butter
  • 3 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/2 c vanilla protein
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips in a mixing bowl
  • Mix with a spoon to combine until it forms a dough (you can also use clean hands if needed to form dough)
  • Stir in chocolate chips
  • Scoop with a cookie dough scoop or roll into balls
  • Enjoy and store in the freezer
