Orange creamsicle protein smoothie is a cup of sunshine. A healthy smoothie that is full of protein and a dreamy combination of bright oranges and sweet vanilla.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 large peeled frozen orange (or two small, use an easy-to-peel seedless orange such as a mandarin orange)
  • 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional for extra protein)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Peel your orange
  • Add coconut milk, orange, fiber, vanilla protein, cauliflower rice to blender
  • Blend until smooth and creamy adding ice or water if needed
