Orange Creamsicle Protein Smoothie
Orange creamsicle protein smoothie is a cup of sunshine. A healthy smoothie that is full of protein and a dreamy combination of bright oranges and sweet vanilla.
1 cup canned coconut milk 1 large peeled frozen orange (or two small, use an easy-to-peel seedless orange such as a mandarin orange) 3/4 cup frozen riced cauliflower 1 scoop vanilla protein 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional for extra protein) 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
Peel your orange
Add coconut milk, orange, fiber, vanilla protein, cauliflower rice to blender
Blend until smooth and creamy adding ice or water if needed
