Dive into this peanut butter and jelly banana split for a healthier dessert made with simple ingredients that are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free.
Slice banana lengthwise making sure to not cut through the bottom peel
Slightly open the banana to form a pocket
Spread peanut butter in the middle of banana slices
Top peanut butter with diced strawberries
Air-fry in an air-fryer at 400 degrees for 5-12 minutes until the banana has blackened and the middle becomes melty and caramelized (cooking time varies with different types of air fryers)
Top with vegan coconut whip cream and optional sprinkles
