Life is just peachy when starting the day with this sweet and creamy peachy green ginger smoothie that is high-protein and filled with good-for-you anti-inflammatory ingredients

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk (light or regular)
  • 1/2-1 cup water (start with 1/2 and add more as needed)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional for extra protein)
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4-1/2 frozen banana (about 4 slices)
  • 3/4 cup frozen zucchini slices
  • 1 /2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 small slice of ginger (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender adding water or more coconut milk as needed til smooth and creamy
  • The ginger is optional for extra anti-inflammatory benefits or enjoy as a peachy green smoothie
  • Serve in a glass or bowl with toppings or as is and enjoy
