(start with 1/2 and add more as needed)

of vanilla protein

collagen peptides
(optional for extra protein)

frozen peaches

frozen banana (about 4 slices)

small slice of ginger
(optional)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a blender adding water or more coconut milk as needed til smooth and creamy
The ginger is optional for extra anti-inflammatory benefits or enjoy as a peachy green smoothie
Serve in a glass or bowl with toppings or as is and enjoy
