Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Bites

Easy, no-bake peanut butter and jelly protein bites made with chia seed jam for a vegan and gluten-free snack or treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides*
  • 1/3 cup chia seed jam
  • 1/3 cup freeze-dried raspberries or strawberries if you use strawberry jam
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Make chia seed jam or use your favorite jam.
  • Add all ingredients, except freeze-dried fruit, to a bowl and mix. 
  • Stir in freeze-dried berries.
  • Roll into balls and store in the freezer.
