Easy, no-bake peanut butter and jelly protein bites made with chia seed jam for a vegan and gluten-free snack or treat.

vanilla protein

collagen peptides*

cup
chia seed jam
1/3
cup
freeze-dried raspberries
or strawberries if you use strawberry jam
1/2
tsp
vanilla extract
1/2
tsp
salt
Instructions
Make chia seed jam or use your favorite jam.
Add all ingredients, except freeze-dried fruit, to a bowl and mix.
Stir in freeze-dried berries.
Roll into balls and store in the freezer.
