Peanut Butter Banana Protein Popsicles
Peanut butter banana protein popsicles are a healthy frozen banana ice cream treat that are easy to make, high-protein, and delicious.
Popsicles
- 3 small to regular size bananas
- 6 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 scoops vanilla protein
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk (or just enough to get it moving)
Topping:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2-3 tbsp chopped peanuts
Blend bananas, peanut butter, protein, and milk together
Pour into popsicles molds and freeze
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second increments in the microwave
Dip frozen popsicles in melted chocolate ans sprinkle on chopped peanuts
