Peanut Butter Banana Protein Popsicles

Peanut butter banana protein popsicles are a healthy frozen banana ice cream treat that are easy to make, high-protein, and delicious.

Ingredients
  

Popsicles

  • 3 small to regular size bananas
  • 6 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein
  • 1/4 cup plant-based milk (or just enough to get it moving)

Topping:

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped peanuts

Instructions
 

  • Blend bananas, peanut butter, protein, and milk together
  • Pour into popsicles molds and freeze
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second increments in the microwave
  • Dip frozen popsicles in melted chocolate ans sprinkle on chopped peanuts
