This PB&J smoothie tastes just like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich but is loaded with sneaky ingredients and nutrients that boost your athletic performance and metabolism.

cup
milk of choice
1
tbsp
chia seeds
can substitute flaxseed or hemp seed
3/4
cup
chopped beets
roasted then frozen
1
cup
frozen strawberries
or mixed berries
1
scoop
protein
2
tbsp
peanut butter
Instructions
Add ingredients to a blender and blend 'til smooth and creamy.
Add water or milk as needed to get things moving.
