Pumpkin Peanut Butter Protein Bites
If you like pumpkin you will love pumpkin peanut butter protein bites because they are a healthy high-protein and fiber-filled snack or treat that tastes just like pumpkin spice cookie dough.
1 cup peanut butter 5 tbsp canned pumpkin puree 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup collagen peptides 1/4 cup vanilla protein 1/4 cup coconut flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice white or dark chocolate chips
Add 1 cup of drippy peanut butter (natural kind just salt and peanuts), pumpkin puree, and maple syrup to a mixing bowl and stir to combine
Add collagen peptides, vanilla protein, coconut flour, and spices then mix thoroughly
Sprinkle in chocolate chips and mix to combine
Scoop with a cookie dough scoop to form balls or roll into balls
Store in the fridge or freezer
