Pumpkin Spice Matcha Latte
When it is pumpkin spice season, but you love matcha, have both. This iced pumpkin spice matcha latte is an antioxidant-rich fall late for a cozy morning or a little pick-me-up.
Course Breakfast, Drinks, Snack
1-2 tsp matcha powder 1/4 cup hot water 1 1/4 cup milk 2 tbsp pumpkin puree 1 tbsp vanilla protein 1/2 tsp cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
In a small bowl whisk together 1/4 cup of hot water and matcha powder until it is smooth and lump-free
Combine 1/4 c milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla protein, and cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice and froth together with a handheld frother
Fill a glass with lots of ice then add 1 c milk, matcha, top with pumpkin spice milk, and enjoy
