This simple 5-minute chia jam is a healthy, naturally sweetened homemade jam made with real fruit and chia seeds — perfect for quick breakfasts, snacks, and toddler-friendly meals.

Ingredients

cups
frozen raspberries
1
small lemon juiced
juiced

tbsp
chia seeds
1
tbsp
maple syrup*
(optional if you want a sweeter jam)
Instructions
Add raspberries, lemon juice, and maple syrup if using to a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
Once the fruit starts to break down, add in the chia seeds.
You can stir or mash with a spoon, spatula, or fork until it reaches your desired consistency.
Remove from heat. Jam will continue to thicken as it cools.
Store in a sealed container in the fridge.
